Dave earned his bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Arizona. He has been involved in several community organizations, including the Scottsdale Sunrise Rotary Club, the State of Arizona School Facilities Board, and the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. Dave and his wife Rosemary have two children, one of whom passed away.
