Connie is from Morgon County and graduated from Morgan County High School. Connie Jay Holt is the Chief Magistrate Judge in Morgan County. She first servs as the Morgan County Clerk 1983. She was elected to the position of Chief Magistrate Judge in 1992, and is now serving her fifth term.
