Harold is from Liberty County. He holds a bachelor's degree in forestry from the University of Georgia. He is married to his wife, Mary, with whom they have a daughter together. He is a member of First Baptist Church. He previously served as a member and chairman on the Pierce County Board of Elections and Registration, and is a member of the Blackshear Rotary Club. 

Harold owns a business, Rozier Forestry Service. He is a retired forester, previously working with Union Camp. He is also a Military veteran. 

Harold Rozier is on the Pierce County Commissioner Board for District 1 in Georgia. He was elected to this position in 2012, and has served three terms.
