Kenton County Commonwealth's Attorney: Rob Sanders

Rob is originally from Covington, Kentucky. He earned his bachelor's degree in communication from Tulane University and his law degree from Northern Kentucky University. He served as volunteer firefighter for 20 years for the city of Fort Mitchell. He lives with his wife and daughter.

Rob previously worked as an associate at the Sanders Law Firm, P.S.C. and as an assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Kenton County. 

Rob Sanders is a Commonwealth's Attorney in Judicial Circuit 16. He was first elected in 2006 and is serving his 3rd term. He previously served as vice mayor of Covington, Kentucky. He served a portion of one term from 2005 to 2006.

As a county prosecutor, oversees civil and criminal prosecutions, works with law enforcement agencies to gather evidence and investigate criminal and civil violations, and provides legal counsel and representation to state, county, and city officials in lawsuits against the government.
