Shannon has a associate's degree in history from Arapahoe Community College, a bachelor's degree in information technology from Colorado State University Global Campus, and a master's degree in cybersecurity from University of Delaware. Shannon is a Ph.D. student in computer science at Missouri Science and Technology. He live in Apex and has three children.

Shannon W. Bray
