Stallings Town Council Member, District 2

• Financial Management — The town council has the authority to pass the budget of the town. This budget may include things like tax increases, and setting the financial priorities of the city: such as employee recruitment and renovation of facilities.

• Housing & Urban Development — The town council controls the town's land use ordinance. This controls zoning and property taxes, as well as flood control and landscaping in residential areas. They can enforce or modify this ordinance.
