Alexis Williams

Kelly is from Gwinnett County, Georgia. She attended Lilburn Elementary and then Lilburn Middle School before graduating from Brookwood High School. She has a bachelors of arts in political science and government, and a juris doctorate of law from the University of Georgia. She lives with her son and puppy in Gwinnett County.

Kelly is a Guardian ad Litem/Attorney. She works at the Gwinnett County Juvenile Court, where she has been for 3 and a half years. She previously worked at the Law Offices of Kelly D. Kautz, Weissman Nowack Curry Wilco, and the Walton County District Attorney's Office. She has also worked as a professor at Georgia Gwinnett College and Shorter University, where she tought classes on the judicial process, political science, and legal studies. She is the founder of the Juvenile Law Section of the Gwinnett County Bar. She was elected and served as the President of the Gwinnett County Defense Bar. She also was awarded the Rising Star Super Lawyer title.

Kelly Kautz' campaign for Gwinnett County's Board of Education Member seat for District 4 is her first only campaign. However, she served as a City Council Member for the City of Snellville for 5 years, and was elected Mayor in 2011 and served an additional 4 years.

Tony graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. He also received his Master's degree from The University of Georgia in Communication and Media Studies.

Tony is retired. For 18 years, he worked as an instructional lead teacher for Gwinnett County Schools teaching economics. Prior to that, he worked as a marketing manager for Nortel Networks for a year. He also worked as a product manager for Mitsubishi Wireless for 4 years.
