Chris has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and a master's degree in industrial organizational psychology from Valdosta State University. He lives with his wife and three children and attends North Point Community Church.

Chris is a manager at Development Dimensions International. He used to be a senior research scientist at SHL.
