Victoria Jones is currently a Councilmember representing Post 2 in the City of Lawrenceville, Georgia. She was elected in 2019 to fill an unexpired term and re-elected in 2020, as she has served 2 terms. She was named Mayor Pro Tem of the City Council in January of 2021.

Victoria Jones is currently a member of the Georgia Municipal Association, where she is the Vice President of District 3 Northeast. She is also a member of the National League of Cities Women in Municipal Government Constituency Group. She previously served as a board member of Lawrenceville Neighborhood Alliance, as well as the Downtown Development Authority,

Victoria Jones has been in Lawrenceville since 1994. She has a bachelor of science in business administration from Shorter University and has taken many leadership classes at the Carl Vinson Institute for Government at the University of Georgia. She lives with her husband, Clay, and they both serve at their local church.
