Chuck is originally from Indiana. He moved to Norcross, GA two years ago.  He earned a Bachelor's degree in marketing from Indiana University. He also holds an MBA degree from Indiana University. He is married and has one child.

Chuck works as the Director, strategic sourcing at Elevance Health since 2017. Chuck is also a senior ccount manager at AT&T since 2004.

Chuck Kays' campaign for city council member is his first entry into politics.
