Reese is a teacher of government and history at Effingham County High School. He used to be a child protective services investigator at the Department of Family and Children Services.

Reese Browher is currently a member of the Rincon City Council. He was first elected in 2003 and has been in office for five terms. He ran for Rincon City Council in 1999, but did not win.
