Mike is a native of Sandersville, Georgia. He is married and has two children. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern Indiana. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Evansville.

Mike is the owner of Mason CFO Advisory. He was previously the chief financial officer at Amerifleet, Inc. He also served as Vice President and chief financial officer for Intelligent Switchgear Organization LLC.

Mike Mason is currently the Mayor. He was first elected in 2012 and has been in office for three terms.
