Adam was born and raised in Arizona. Kwasman earned his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University, his master’s degree in economics from George Mason University, and his law degree from Arizona State University’s College of Law. Adam and his wife Orit, along with their 4 children, are active members of Congregation Beth Tefillah and Chabad of Arizona.
