Francisco is a native Arizonan who grew up in a small rural town near the border. He is married to his wife Carmen, and together they have 3 children. Francisco earned a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in public administration from Arizona State University.

Francisco has worked in the nonprofit and government sectors, serving communities across Arizona and the country. He is currently the CEO and partner of  Field+Media Corps LLC.

Marc is originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas. He earned a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree in education from the University of Arkansas. Marc lives in Dobson Ranch and has 3 children.
