Kevin is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. He earned his bachelor's degree in homeland security from Ashford University and his master's degree in public administration from Grand Canyon University. Kevin has served as chairman of the Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission. He lives in Greer Ranch with his wife, Sarah. They have two daughters and a son.
