Cesar has lived in South Phoenix/Laveen since moving from El Paso, TX. He attended Laveen Elementary and was part of the first graduating class at Cesar Chavez High School. Cesar is married to Alejandra and is a father to 2 children He is also a member of the Laveen Baptist Church.
