Alan Otwell Toney is currently surviving as the Fulton County Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor. He assumed office in 1995 and is serving his 7th full term.

Alan is retired, previously working as the national accounts credit manager for SP Richards Company.

Alan is from Atlanta and attended North Fulton High School. He studied at the University of Georgia and has a bachelors in business administration in marketing from Georgia State University. Alan now lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia. He has been a member of Friends of the River and vice chair of the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Regional Atlanta Development Planning Committee.
