Domonique is a wife and mother to three sons. She earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Criminology and Social Deviance from Notre Dame of Maryland University, a Master of Science in Human Services, Social and Community Services from Capella University, and and Education Certificate for Harvard University's School Leaders of Color Organizational Development Collaborative.

Shana and her husband have two children. She received her B.S. in Exercise Science from Wake Forest University, her M.S. in Physical Education with a coaching leadership concentration from Winthrop University, and her Ed.S in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw State University.

Shana is currently the Director of Computer Science Equity Initiatives at the Kapor Center based in Oakland, California. Prior to this, she spent 15 years working in K-12 education, teaching physical education. health, and computer science in Gwinnett County Public Schools.
