Matt Matson was born and raised in Augusta, GA. He attained his Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources (BSFR) from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Mercer University School of Law. Matson is an active member of St. John United Methodist Church and resides with his wife and their three children.

Matt Matson served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of Augusta and worked as a prosecutor in the Richmond County Solicitor’s Office. He entered the private sector in 2012 and served as in-house counsel for Hull Property Group and later Argos Health. In 2022, Matson founded his own law firm.

Willie Saunders earned his Bachelor's Degree from Augusta College and his Law Degree from Widener University School of Law. He has served as the Board President of the Greater Augusta Arts Council and has been part of the Board of Directors of Martinez-Evans Little League. Saunders is a member and trustee of the First Metropolitan Baptist Church and lives with his wife, Lezettra, and their four children in Augusta.
