Ural Glanville is currently a Superior Court Judge in Atlanta Judicial Circuit, where he has been since 2022. He is also a judge on Superior Court of Fulton County, where he has been since 2005.

Ural was previously a prosecutor for the Solicitor’s Office of Fulton County, an adjunct prrofessor at the University of Maryland & City Colleges of Chicago, a defense attorney for the United States Army Trial Defense Service, a senior prosecutor at the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, a senior trial prosecutor at the Solicitor’s Office of DeKalb County, a probation Officer for the Georgia Department of Corrections, Fulton County, an adjunct professor at Georgia State University School of Law, an attorney at Ural Glanville, P.C., and a litigation associate at Arrington & Hollowell. He served 35 years in the Army retiring in 2019 as a Brigadier General.

Ural was born in Columbus, Ohio. He has an associate degree from Brevard College, a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Georgia, a master's degree in Strategic Studies from United States Army War College, and a law degree from University of Georgia. He and his wife have two children,
