Georgia Supreme Court disbars attorney Sherri Washington, who also serves as a Rockdale County commissioner

Sherri holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree, both from Savannah State University, and a Law Degree from Texas Southern University.  She has a daughter and a grandson. She also serves as the Vice Chair of International Economic Development on the ask Force for NAC is also the founding member of the Top Ladies of Distinction and a member of the 4th Congressional District of the Georgia Federation of Democratic Women. Sherri was recently disbarred by the Georgia Supreme Court for malpractice.

Sherri L. Washington

Tuwanya holds a bachelor's degree in science with a focus in Organizational Management from Ashford University. She resides in Rockdale County with her husband, children and grandchildren. 

Tuwanya is currently a local business owner. She previously worked in the dentistry industry. 

This is Tuwanya Smith's first entry into politics.
