Jefferson Court Clerk, David L. Nicholson

David went to Ballard High School and has a bachelor's degree in political science from Westminster College. He also attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He has a wife and 2 children.

David was previously an executive director of the criminal justice commision for the Louisville Metro Government.

David Nicholson is the Jefferson County clerk of the circuit court. He was elected in 2006 and is serving his third term.
