Daniel is from Lexington, Kentucky and attended Lexington Catholic High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Eastern Kentucky University. Daniel lives in Wilmore with his wife Vickie. They have two grown sons and a granddaughter. Daneil attends Little Hickman Christian Church.
