Kimberly is a registered nurse with experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Units and as a flight nurse for the UK Neonatal Transport Team. She served as the founding director of the Northern Kentucky Office of Drug Control Policy and currently serves on the Northern Kentucky Drug Control Policy Board.
