Chad is the co-owner of The Engine House Pub and Pizza Parlour in Winchester. He also owns two farms. Chad currently serves as Chair of Lexington’s Vacant Property Review Commission and is a member of the Board of Adjustments. He has previously served on Lexington’s Homeless Prevention and Intervention Board and the Short Term Rental Committee.
