Lexington Council District 5: Liz Sheehan

Liz is originally from Midlothian, Virginia. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Virginia Tech University and a master's degree and Ph.D. in psychology from Emory University. She lives with her husband Dan and their daughter in Lexington. 

Liz is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of Kentucky. She previously held a faculty position at Georgia State University.

Liz Sheehan is a council member in Lexington City Council District 5. She was elected in 2020 and is serving her 2nd term.
