David is originally from California and moved to Montana in 2004. He is actively involved in community projects, including local food co-ops, water rights discussions, and the sustainable farming movement. David is a member of the Montana Shooting Sports Association and currently serves on the Lake County Board of Adjustment.

David currently works as a real estate stewardship advisor in western Montana. He previously worked as a real estate agent in California, a mortgage industry specialist focusing on first-time buyer programs, and held positions in the real estate industry in Washington, Idaho, and Colorado. He also served as a notary public for many years.
