Elizabeth Public Schools, ECPPS Announces New Hires and Assignments

Shelia earned her associate's degree in nursing from Roanoke Chowan Community College, a bachelor's degree in nursing from Kaplan University School of Nursing, and a master's degree in career and technical education administration from Concordia University.

Shelia is currently the director of career and technical education for Elizabeth County Schools. She worked in the healthcare field until her transition to a public educator.
