Randy is married to his wife, Heather, and they have 2 children.

Randy has worked in his family’s business in grading and excavating since he graduated high school. He has served on the Department of Transportation’s Rural Planning Organization Board to help improve county roads and infrastructure, and to plan for future traffic loads.

Rob graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic and obtained his bachelor's degree in public health from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He is married and has 2 children.

Rob owns and operates Advanced Spinal Correction. He was previously an environmental health specialist for the Ocean County Health Department.
