Sheila worked as a teacher with Henderson County Public Schools. She has a background in career technical education, with experience in workforce development and the local industry in Henderson County.

Sheila Franklin is a Fletcher Town Councilmember. She was first elected in 2009 and is serving her fourth term. 

Supports Parks and Recreation and has served on the Fletcher Town Council for over 14 years. Believes in addressing community needs, drawing from personal experience with an active family and grandchildren in local sports.
