Jeffery is a native of Montgomery County. He is married to his wife, Gwen, with whom he has 4 children. He holds an associate's degree in musical arts and a bachelor's degree in theology.

Jeffrey has been managing WJRM 1390AM since 2001 and has been an ordained minister in Montgomery County. He has worked with the Montgomery County Rescue Squad for over 20 years, spent 9 years with First Health as an EMT and NCEMTP, and has instructed in Emergency Services and BLET programs at a local community college. Additionally, he has experience working for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department and the county jail.
