Wayne County, Bevan Foster

Bevan was born in Goldsboro, where he still lives. He graduated from Goldsboro High School and studied at both Saint Augustine University and East Carolina University before ultimately graduating with dual bachelor's degrees in psychology and criminal justice from North Carolina Weslyan College. He has 1 son. 

Bevan has worked as a Qualified Substance Abuse counselor, a licensed general contractor, and is a registered real estate appraiser trainee.

Bevan Foster is currently a Wayne County Commissioner. He was elected in 2020, and is serving his first term. Previously, he served 1 term from 2015 to 2019 as a city councilman and mayor pro tem.
