Jeff attended Towson High School and Towson University. He is married to his wife and has 4 children.

Jeff is the president of Soloman Development, LLC, and a small business owner of Lisha Construction. He previously served as a missionary in the metro Baltimore area.

Jeffery Zenger currently serves as a state representative in State House District 74. He was elected to this position in 2020 and is serving his 2nd term. He previously served as chairperson of the Regulatory Reform Committee and the vice-chairperson of the House Finance Committee.
