Dave graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and earned both a law degree and MBA from Campbell. Dave is married to Haden Wakefield Payne Boliek. They have 4 children. Dave is an elder at Highland Presbyterian Church and has served on its Session. 

Dave is a lawyer at his own private practice. Prior to that, he was an Assistant District Attorney. Dave serves on the Board of Trustees at UNC-Chapel Hill, where he has held roles supervising UNC's endowment.

Jack Clark resides in Wake County with his wife, Nicole, and they are expecting their first child in the summer. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University and a Master of Accounting from UNC-Chapel Hill. Jack and Nicole attend and serve at King's Table Church in Raleigh.

Jeff Tarte resides in Cornelius, North Carolina, where he has lived for over 30 years. Jim Kee is a native of North Carolina, where he has lived for over 33 years, and he is a graduate of NC A&T SU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He is married to Talma, and together they have two grown children, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. 

Jim Kee is the Executive Director of Concepts Innovators CDC, Inc., where he focuses on developing senior and veteran housing, an Aquaponics Urban Farm, and a Solar Farm in Greensboro.
