Deanna Ballard

Ernest T. Reeves is originally from Greenville, North Carolina, and is a graduate of J.H. Rose Sr. High School. He is the twelfth child of Alfred, a professional lawn care owner, and Lena Reeves, a stay-at-home mom. 

Ernest T. Reeves is a retired United States Army Communications Officer who has completed various military courses and served in key assignments, including at the Pentagon. After his military service, he worked in management positions at United Airlines. He has also been an entrepreneur, starting businesses such as Jesusa Coffee, LLC and Jesusa Entertainment, LLC. Additionally, Reeves has acted as a mentor, advisor, counselor, and advocate for the elderly and people in need.

Ernest T. Reeves has run for various political offices, including the U.S. Senate in 2014 and 2016, the North Carolina House in 2018, the U.S. House in 2016, 2019, and 2022, City Council in 2019, and Governor of North Carolina in 2020. Despite these attempts, he has not held elected office.

Jeffrey Elmore lives in North Wilkesboro with his wife, Laura, and their children. He is an alumnus of Appalachian State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. 

Jeffrey Elmore is currently in his twenty-third year as a teacher in Wilkes County Schools. He is also a State Representative for the 94th House District in the North Carolina House of Representatives. Previously, he served as a Commissioner in the Town of North Wilkesboro starting in 2007.
