Jeff is a small business owner of Lisha Construction, building commercial and residential structures across North Carolina. Previously, he served as a missionary in the metro Baltimore area.

Jeff is currently a state representative for North Carolina. He was elected in 2021 and is serving his first term. He was the chair of the regulatory reform committee, and the vice-chair of the house finance committee.
