Barbara Moore is an Adams County commissioner. She was appointed in 2019, officially elected in 2020, and is serving her first full term. She ran for county court judge in 2018, but did not win.

Barbara has owned her own law firm, the Law Office of Barbara A. Moore, since 2003. She previously worked as an assistant prosecutor at the Adams County Prosecutor's Office.

Barbara is married with children. She graduated from North Adams High School, then earned her bachelor's degree in criminology and psychology from The Ohio State University and her law degree from Capital University Law School.
