Aaron migrated to the United States in 2001 and became a U.S. citizen in 2006.  He earned his bachelor's degree from Temple University and a master's in business administration from Lasalle University. Currently, he is working on his Ph.D. at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Aaron has worked as a financial accountant for the City of Philadelphia, an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of Philadelphia, an entrepreneur at Saima Home Care, and a real estate investor at Mister King LLC.
