Bill Ramos

Chad is married with 2 sons. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in teaching from Central Washington University.

Chad teaches computer science in the Bellevue School District and he joined Voter Science in 2017 as the director of product development. He previously served as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy for 12 years and developed software at Microsoft for over 20 years.
