Elaina is a native of Rome, Georgia. She is a graduate of Anna K. Davie Elementary, West Rome High, Floyd Junior College, and Jacksonville State University. She is married to fellow GHC alumnus Rickey Beeman and they have three children.

Elaina is a tax credit manager and education navigator at the Northwest Georgia Housing Authority. 

Elaina is currently a commissioner on the Rome City Commission, representing Ward 2. She was first elected in 2021 and is currently serving her first term. Before her election to the city commission, Elaina was appointed to the Rome/Floyd Planning Commission and served from 2008 until 2013. She also served two elected terms on the Rome City School Board and one term on the Georgia School Board Association as the district 7 Director.

Elaina Beeman is a native of Rome, and a life-long servant of the Rome /Floyd County Community. She is a graduate of Anna K. Davie Elementary, West Rome High, Floyd Junior College, Jacksonville State University, Leadership Rome (2000), Leadership Georgia (2011), Leadership Georgia Hospitality Chair (2012) and was the Heart of the Community Award Honoree (2016).
