Donna is from White Plains, New York and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany, Master's in Information Systems from Pace University, and a Master's in Accounting and Finance Management from DeVry University school of management. Donna is married to her husband Paul, with whom they have two sons. She currently serves on the DeKalb County Department of Planning and Sustainability Community Council for District 5 and the DeKalb County School District Superintendent Advisory Committee.
