Larry Walker is currently the state senator for district 20. He was first elected in 2014 and has been in office for four terms. He is majority caucus vice chair and chair of the agriculture committee.

He owns Walker Insurance Agency. He used to work as a staff accountant for Coca-Cola.

Larry is originally from Perry. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Adrienne, have three children. They attend Perry United Methodist Church.
