David was appointed as the State Revenue Commissioner in 2019. He has worked for the State of Georgia in this role for about 3 years. He previously worked as a Ford Motor Company, and the United Automobile Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers. He also served on several boards including the Constitutional Officers Association Georgia, Georgia Association of Tax Officials, and the Tax Commissioners' Technology Development Council.
