Tim Adams's campaign for city council member of Austell is his first entry into politics.

Tim Adams is a superintendent. He works at McShane Construction Company, where he has been for eight months. He is also a superintendent at LUXE Homes. He also works as a professional angler for the American Bass Anglers and as a freelance camera operator for ESPN. He previously worked at Buck Pawnbroker, Another's Treasure Antiques, ProAngler Radio, Douglasville Police Department, Douglas County, The Weather Channel, and Six Flags.

Tim Adams has a bachelor of science degree in communications, journaling, and marketing from Kennesaw State University. He also has a master's degree in public administration from Columbus State University. He currently lives in the Austell area. He attends Heritage Baptist Church.
