Debbie Henry’s campaign for city council is her first entry into politics.

Debbie is a realtor at Charlene's Lakeside Realty. She used to be a realtor at Keller Williams Lake Hartwell Realty and Rawson Realty LLC. Before that, she created the Grace and Aging blog. She used to be an independent living sales counselor at the Woodlands at Furman, a residential care sales counselor at Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina, and a senior care counselor at The Arbor Company.

Debbie is originally from Ringgold, Georgia. She has a bachelor's degree in political science and government from the University of Louisville and a master's degree in gerontology from Brenau University. She lives with her husband and has two grown sons with children of their own.
