Colleen is originally from Stillmore. She lived in Swainsboro and Atlanta before moving back to Stillmore in 2020. She graduated from Emmanuel County Institute. She lives with her husband, Carl. They have three grown children and many grandchildren. She attends Stillmore Missionary Baptist Church.
