Paul Ulan previously ran for school board member in 2022, but he did not win.

Paul has worked as the principal at Primary Consultants LLC since 2000. He previously worked as senior vice president at The Summit Group. He has served as chair of the Arizona Business Education Coalition, chair of Citizens for Quality Education, and chair of the Arizona Racing Commission.

Paul is originally from Arizona. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science and government from Hampshire College. He is married and has a child. He is also a board member of Masters of Coin and a volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
