David W. Garbarino currently serves as a superior court judge in Maricopa County in Arizona. He was first appointed in 2021 and is serving his first term.

David previously worked as a commissioner for the Maricopa County Superior Court, an attorney in several private practice firms, a senior litigation counsel at the Arizona Attorney General's Office, a law clerk for the Arizona Supreme Court, and as an auditor at Ernst & Young.

David earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arizona and his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law. He and his wife, Heather, have two children.
