Andrew J. Russell currently serves as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge. He was appointed to this position in 2021.

Andrew previously worked as a commissioner of the Maricopa County Superior Court and as an attorney at Kutak Rock LLP, Lieberman, Dodge, Gerding & Anderson, Ltd, and The Cavanagh Law Firm. He also worked as a music director at Big Bear Middle School in Big Bear Lake, California.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of California at Los Angeles and a law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
