Kenneth graduated from high school, then went on to earn an master's degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Louisville, and an doctor of laws degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Kenneth has lived in Arizona's District 4 for over 30 years. 

Kenneth is currently retired. He is a registered U.S. patent attorney. He managed a medical billing service, Pioneer 10 Medical Billing, from 1988 to 1995. Kenneth served in the U.S. Navy.
